Workshop: Spring Detox – Herbal Cleanse

MEDICINE WO/MEN & OLD WIVES REMEDIES

Many of the best health and well-being solutions will come from those who have lived a long and healthy life.

In Indigenous cultures, the medicine man or woman will have ancient wisdom handed down to them through generations, where the tribal elders have been reliably approached for their healing remedies. Typically, in Western culture, the mother, serving as family matriarch, would have had the same wisdom passed down from generation to generation. Much of that was lost in the mid-late 20th century through TV and heavily regulated information sources.

Personal Physicians

With the information age, we are now able to source ancient knowledge, and herbal remedies and through research and our own due diligence, be best placed ‘experts’ to heal ourselves through natural processes. We are the doctors now.

Herbal remedies, including combinations of walnuts, cloves, and wormwood are traditionally used to support the body's natural detoxification processes, particularly in addressing parasitic infections.

Taking a combination of herbs that are known to be anti-bacterial / anti-fungal and eating a diet rich in waste-removing glutathione, anti-oxidants, vitamins, and minerals, we can often restore a healthy balance.

Vision issues caused by debris lodged in the fluid of the eye (AKA floaters), can greatly impair vision, which ‘experts’ can lazily put down to ‘old age’. Blurry eyesight can be an early indication of toxic load in the lymphatic system and an active process of detoxification. Taking herbs and purges can help rid the body of junk and micro-organisms that cause the symptoms of the diseases we experience.

Black Walnuts
Black walnut hulls contain juglone, a compound with antimicrobial properties that may help expel parasitic organisms.

Cloves
Rich in eugenol, cloves are known for their antimicrobial effects, which may assist in disrupting parasite life cycles.

Wormwood

Artemisinins are derived from extracts of sweet wormwood (Artemisia annua) and are well-established for the treatment of malaria, including highly drug-resistant strains. Their efficacy also extends to phylogenetically unrelated parasitic infections such as schistosomiasis.

Fasting
Incorporating short-term fasting periods can provide the gut with time to rest and repair. Intermittent fasting has been associated with benefits such as reduced inflammation and improved gut health, which may enhance the body's natural detoxification processes.

Liver & Gallbladder Health

Andreas Moritz's liver and gallbladder cleanse protocol aims to remove gallstones and improve liver function. Proponents claim benefits such as increased vitality, improved lung function, reduced joint pain, and even reversal of type 2 diabetes. However, these claims are anecdotal, and scientific evidence supporting the efficacy of this cleanse is limited. Making these claims is always underpinned by another statement: ‘It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional before undertaking such cleanses to ensure safety and appropriateness for individual health conditions.’ After taking the fifth cleanse, I can personally attest to the efficacy of this treatment – as I released the biggest stones on the last cleanse – which are shown in a short video clip here.

In Summary

While traditional practices and anecdotal reports suggest the potential benefits of using herbs like black walnut, cloves, and wormwood for detoxification, as well as liver cleansing protocols, it's crucial to approach these methods with caution.

Always consider your own health needs and situations that may be affected by undergoing parasite cleanses and liver purges. Before beginning any detoxification regimen, it is best to assess one’s personal health and vitality levels to ensure any fasts or purges align with your health needs and can be carried out safely.

Trusting The Experts

Peer-reviewed studies have typically been restricted to the funded bodies working within and for the pharmaceutical industry, who employ their ‘experts’ to carry out their research – yet often the results are skewed in favour of whichever body is funding the studies. This has unfortunately led to many people succumbing to the effects of disease. One such example are the studies and results of smoking – something that should be clearly obvious is going to impair the lungs and affect health – it took 30 years before we saw real change in people’s habits, backed by ‘science’.

Today, all efficacy and results can be shared as part of the community review process, which can be found in comments on social media, in YouTube videos and are a much better source for ’self-governance’ and for making self-healing decisions about our own body – rather than trust a stranger pushing pharmaceuticals.

The health industry has been massively restricted through fear of litigation – hence why we always find ‘fence-sitting’ or counterarguments and, essentially – paralysis when it comes to making claims of efficacy and safety.

Always make your own minds up through study and risk assessment. The above post is based on one individual’s positive results, which were arrived at after reading and researching many books and sources for safety and efficacy, before embarking on the cleanses and purges that have benefitted many people.

Further Research & Study

The videos of doctors and individuals who (I personally studied and researched), have shared their life-long work, books, case studies and experiences, – some can be found here. All books on these topics can be shared on request. Please email me – chris@highvibez.co.uk

Weighing Up The Benefits
For all reading here, the results of many liver cleanses are shared, including this website link here. For the benefits – you have to perform the task for yourself to know. It's the path to power, wisdom, self-healing and knowledge that we are in charge!

Relatively easy, less than £20 to do it (and saves on food costs). Takes just three days of juice drinking. Won't stop your gym training or ability to think – perhaps even improve performance and energy levels.

To see videos of what these balls look like and realise the hard waxy composition that's blocking our livers, click here and here.

For pictures of my previous seven cleanses – folder link here.

For videos and books on the liver cleanse, inspirational people, Hulda Clark and Andreas Moritz – the links are contained in the 8 post links above. Do your own research and always make sure to put in your own time and critical thinking to decide if this is for you. God Bless! 🙏🏼
