Old Age Reversal: Pathology Pathways

THE HANDS-ON APPROACH TO HEALING [To fast-forward and read solutions – skip to links at the bottom] Our hands (and our feet) are good markers of internal health. Creaky fingers and toes, joint pain, inflammation, thin & dry skin, liver spots, brittle nails and a loss of power in the grip – are all signs we can put down to ageing. But these symptoms can be stopped, prevented from returning, and the power in our hands restored.  Recovery takes just a bit of dedication to digest and learn about the causes and remedies, plus time to make necessary adjustments to lifestyle for a correction of the problem. When the knuckle joints stiffen, become inflamed and give us discomfort, it can be an early indicator of toxicity – with corrosive contaminants in the blood, which, if left unaddressed, can lead to micro-tears in the cartilage and eventually lead to long-lasting or even permanent damage to the joints, including migrating potentially to larger joints as we reach later years: knees, ...

Meridians: Connections Between Organs & Joints

LINKING THE BODY TOGETHER Our body has many energy channels and information pathways that link together through nerves in the brainstem, interconnecting along the spine, through the digestive system and ending at terminals in our fingers and toes – as well as meeting at points all over the body and even found around the eyes and on the ears. According to Daoists & Traditional Chinese Medicine,  everything is linked by what are called the Yin & Yang organ 'meridians'. The ears have many points we can find easily and apply pressure ourselves using the fingernails. Unlike the feet, hands and back, there are no joints in the ears to give us any indication of malaise. Pain in the joints – especially the fingers, is a good early warning sign of problems in the body. Generally, the main problems we experience through joint pain in the fingers relate to restrictions or blockages of the energy channels and contaminated blood.  Often, it is a parasitic affliction (includ...

KEEPING TABS ON LIFE'S PROGRESS A wonderful way to track the journey of life is with a daily diary. This path I have taken since 2015 began with a journal entry on the 1st of January 2015, followed by 364 consecutive days of diary writing. This daily diary wring process helped me to accumulate so much knowledge that I've since been able to help many others on their life's journey too! Diaries are key for reminding us of 'where we are at'. When we keep tabs through writing a diary, our progress can be mapped over time where we can learn more about the things that worked the best, so our future plans can be mapped out for even greater success. Many of the ailments and health related issues are down to our own habits and lifestyle choices. Stressful jobs, busy social lives, family commitments and all of the things we love doing, but things that can potentially impact our sleep and our vitality to take a toll on the body if not kept under control. Much of our power for ...

Reconnect To Emotions

DETACHMENT 2.0 This time 10 years ago, I'd spent 303 days of continuous self-investigations and writing about my findings, to learn about self and become more connected to others. This post I wrote 1st November 2015 on DETACHMENT, shows how far I had come along my path learning about why we become depressed. The word 'depression' is a perfect word for explaining the process of pushing down our emotional feelings – a lowering and compression of our feelings, which are importantly used for life guidance, – which helps us to know what has value, what is important to address immediately and what steers us on the right path. When we don't take responsibility for our feelings and if we allow others to take over our decision making processes, that in-turn, suppresses emotions, we become impacted with blocked emotions that build up to cause disease of the mind and impaired with symptoms which will develop in the body expressed as 'heaviness', lack of desire and no moti...
