Workshop: Active Meditation – Inner Vision
IMAGINATION INTEGRATION
Fundamental to the practice of meditation is an acceptance of our responsibility in generating our world through intention. We contain the potential for greatness just as we also do for destruction. Connecting to the Inner light is a connection to the Unity Source, The One. God.
To genuinely connect with our higher mind, or God-self, it is crucial to transcend the negative emotions which hold us in lower states and liberate ourselves from the chains of material attachment. This process involves consciously cultivating positive emotions—such as love, compassion, gratitude, and joy—that align us with the higher vibrations of the universe.
By embracing these uplifting emotions, we create an environment in which our inner divinity can flourish, allowing us to experience a profound sense of spiritual connection.
Gnosticism & Unity Source
Carl Jung spent his life in pursuit of the deeper meaning behind life and how that relates to The Self. Jung was one of the first to bring Eastern thought into Western academic schooling with an understanding of the principles from which the two must create a third of independent origin. The self. In truth, you, I and the universe are one, but we are each the individual representation of the whole – a paradox that Jung liked to talk about where many may get lost in mysticism as they seek validation through empiricism.
The mind – or the invisible intelligence that animates us – IS the universe itself. In Gnosticism, this is the force that embodies the divine feminine of creation – Sophia AKA Wisdom. Knowing AKA Gnosis.
To utilise the tools of Meditation, we can first bring ourselves to a relaxed state, we can then clear our mind of 'chatter' and we can channel our intent for a particular purpose. What we cannot all do, is make the progressive jump to enlightenment through study and persistence alone. Many can reach a level of skill in performing meditation, but to truly heal the mind, connect deeply with others and find our path in life – one has to connect with the inner light. From this light, will find the shadow.
Embracing The Shadow
Many find the term 'God' to be an uncomfortable word, as it links to controlled mainstream religions and fantastical stories with bearded beings floating around in a cloud. The Gnostic link (top of page), reveals how the hierarchical tendency forming in religions, begins to create 'elitist' ideas of enlightened supremacy. Nazarenes (Yeshua/Jesus), Levites (Holy Jewish priestly class), or the Djoo-ish (origins of Egyptian Pharisees), claiming to be 'anointed wise ones' tapping into the Holy 'Essence'– AKA the Essenes of pre-Judean times. As the great thinker and researcher Michael Tsarion explains above in the controversial 'Psychology, Ego, Archetypes, Ancestral Trauma & True Holy Work' (or VPN link for BitChute here, which reveals about Religious restraints (here), only we can know ourselves and it takes a level of sovereignty to engage with our shadow selves, through the act of the Will and the pursuit of self-knowing.
Projection & Creation
Our external reality is a reflection of the internal state, projected outwardly. This concept aligns with the ancient principle of 'as above, so below,' suggesting that reality is not an independent construct but one shaped by the consciousness of the observer, by one's emotions, thoughts, and overall mental state.

The unseen quantum field (In Gnostic terms 'Pleroma', Christ Consciousness or Buddha Mind), which underpins and originates all physical reality, interacts with consciousness, reacting to and being shaped by the emotions, thoughts, and mental state of the individual.

There are a number of tools we can use to engage with the inner light, integrate with inner focus, imagination and the illuminate our journey into the subconscious. We may see this journey as a spirtual quest, an intellectual pursuit or perhaps an experiential foray. The best course is to embody all three methods of assimilation and integration.
Some of the teachers I have come across (including Jung and Tsarian), help us to gain footing. Other teachers can be the other people we encounter every day and in every life experience and situation we encounter. For more on the Esoteric and some authors to follow – this folder link will be updated with 'Tasters' for the budding Adept, Mystic and Shaman wannabee to explore further.
