Workshop: Spring Detox – Liver Purge
LIVER HEALTH
Arguably, the liver is the most important organ for remaining healthy – this is because the liver carries out more than 500 different functions, which maintain and support all the other organs of the body.
A healthy liver is one we can see as meat eaters – it is usually a calf's liver. In an organic grass-fed cow, the liver from a very young animal has not had any stresses placed on it, with no pollutants infested, no poisons injected, and no contaminants ingested in food. Also, the environment will not have affected the functioning of the liver.
Cows have efficient systems to break down grass into food, turn it into milk and muscle – they don't drink alcohol (that dries us out), don't snack on fast food (highly processed) and don't have to get on a rush hour tube (suppressed emotion).
Humans are possibly the most toxic animals and this mainly comes down to ignorance – and in putting our trust in the regulators, experts and professionals....
Cleaning The Filter
Healthy livers are filters that have many tiny holes in them and channels to pass through the digestive enzymes, allow flow for purifying the blood and carry out its many other tasks. When the filters get blocked in a car, we lose power, and eventually, the engine will fail due to blocked pipes and all the complications of not having clean filters and unblocked pipes will bring.
Unlike newborns, we have multiple environmental toxins and poisons to deal with on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the many things we love to eat and drink tend to be loaded with ingredients that are either loved by parasites living in our gut, or are laden with toxic contents that our filters can't process. Much of it gets moved to 'storage'.
Fat Cells
Our body stores fat in many places, to keep the body moving, subtle and ready for reserves to be used for energy. However, fat that we create from food (animal and vegetable fats) is different to the fat we begin to accumulate in our cells and in/around our organs from mindless lifestyles – especially fats from highly processed oils, emollients and lubricants contained in our food.
Cheap alternatives to Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus demonising butter and lard – have meant we're loading our foods with oils that lubricate tank engines (WW2 Rapeseed) and oils that we would never have ingested without multiple-stage pressing to release the oil, – requiring boiling up and deodorising processes to remove the rancid smell (seed oils).
Snacks and treats are not what they were. The sugars and oils we have now in chocolate are closer in their polymer compounds to plastic. Cocoa butters in confectionery are swapped for synthetic butters, fructose syrup and palm alternatives are being swapped for syrup – all just measures used to replace the real thing –and avoid higher costs and taxes. It might not be the volume or amounts we consume – but the lack of natural ingredients contained therein...
Most processed foods in supermarkets contain the alternative ingredients now.
It's why we're ALL getting fat – because we can't avoid the foods that remain stuck in fat deposits held in our livers and in pockets of fat cells all over the body.
The Gallbladder
Underneath the liver, sits a little sac where enzyme juices are contained which support digestion. We release a lot of this digestive fluid daily. Science papers explain functions here. Excessive eating of protein-rich high-fat foods or consuming foods containing toxic alternatives, as well as poor nutrition, low hydration, a sedentary lifestyle and generally not looking after ourself – all contribute to something called 'Gallbladder Stones'.
These little balls of cholesterol can get stuck in the little sac, sometimes also blocked by calcified sodium crystals and families of parasites who've taken up residence. In the United States (where the FDA fails Americans on so many levels), the rates of obesity have gone through the roof. What isn't being dealt with, are how the liver and gallbladder contribute towards the issues of obesity.
The book by Andreas Moritz (and books by Dr Hulda Clark), reveals the issues that compromise livers and gallbladders (both are on the same energy meridian operating as M/F principles) and how these congested liver and gallbladder issues block channels and communications to the pancreas, kidneys, other organs and cause serious health complications if not addressed.
FATTY THINS
Even people who are seemingly healthy and vital, can have large, densely compacted and even calcified stones stuck in the gallbladder – and it is only after either having the gallbladder removed – or taking the liver cleanse, that we will know.
People with slim bodies can have a congested liver and blocked gallbladder – only realising the detriment to health as they age and the effects become more evident as chronic diseases. The greatest telltales are being unable to touch toes easily bending forward (not caused by tight hamstrings) and an observable swelling around the mid-section (not adipose fat on abdomen).
Breathing & Symptoms
With unaddressed liver issues, the liver becomes engorged and, as it swells, will impact the diaphragm space and lung capacity, causing shortness of breath.
Bloating and gas is usually a sign of food rotting in the gut – caused by many things but can be due to not having enough digestive enzymes, the wrong digestive enzymes or such a blocked system that none of the digestive organs are functioning properly, nor are the channels for waste disposal.
The lungs are our main waste removal system – breathing out waste in the moisture. With a blocked digestive system, a sluggish colon, and not sweating out waste and toxins through regular exercise – we tend to suffer from lung congestion, excess mucus build up and the problems of congested lungs, such as 'asthma' or chest infections.
As the symptoms get worse, the individual's body mass may also increase as the person suffering takes in more food as energy due to the inefficiencies of the digestive system – resulting in more 'storage', a growing waistline and all the complications experienced as failing eyesight, poor complexion and saggy skin – things often showing around 40-50 years old– and what doctors often put down to as 'old age.
The processes for slowing down and even reversing old' age, are available to us. We have the tools at our fingertips. The leap of faith required is merely a first step taken in the right direction!
Summary
This page will be added to – to include other links to posts, ingredients to buy, plus videos to watch and books to read.
To perform the liver cleanse, the video above has the exact ingredients and timings to follow. Do your own due diligence, check you have no allergies to the ingredients, no health issues such as high blood pressure, pregnancy, heart issues, chronic illnesses or any symptoms that require a health checkup.
Important information can be shared in group workshops or Zoom calls, including digital versions of books, website links, testimonials – personal experiences presented in videos of successes (seen as a fatty thin) – and collectively in a group, by taking the necessary steps, can further empower us to manage our own health :)
