Workshop: Active Meditation – Eyes & Energise

WINDOWS OF THE SOUL The eyes are our gateway to the higher realms, granting us access to the astral plane. We can connect with the higher planes to receive information and inspiration, through regular practices of inner vision training. A lot can be revealed about an individual by looking into their eyes. Study Of The Iris Looking into the eyes of an owl while it was struggling to free itself, as Ignaz Von Peczely accidentally damaged the owl's leg, he saw a distinct dark blemish forming in the Owl's pupil, a mark he was able to observe fade throughout the owl's recovery. From this experience at 11 years old, Peczely learned how the eyes can be read as an indicator of how well the body is functioning. Learning how to diagnose illness and address weaknesses in the body as a preventative measure against disease, can be achieved through personal study of the iris. With our high definition camera phones, we can now more easily take pictures of our eyes to study the iris. There...

ENERGY BODY GENERATORS & ACTIVATORS We are mostly made up of micro-organisms, gut-biomes, bacteria and cells with nuclei that operate on processes that are governed by needs and satisfaction triggers. These triggers are based on indicators and on levels which can be likened to the dials, screens and read-outs found in a factory. Our body has three 'governors'. These controllers govern the three main areas of the body where the different needs are managed. They keep an eye on the dials. The brain requires sugars ( glycogen ), for logical reasoning and information-based processing of sensory inputs. The Heart is reliant on emotional information and meaningful interactions, and the gut relies on energies taken from foods for protection purposes, body function, performance and procreation. The Three Brains We can favour one 'governor' to rule our decisions or take an approach that embodies all three managers. The best analogy for these three governors is the original s...

CLIMBING THE TREE Along our life's journey from physical birth through to material death, the cycle of life brings us through periods of challenge, reflection and growth. According to some Eastern traditions, the  wheel of life is eternal . Our progression through multiple lifetimes brings enlightenment for both the unity spirit and for humankind.  The etymology of words often reveals deeper meanings of our collective consciousness – words depicting 'people' or Kin/kind and of BE-ing, to symbolise what it is to Be a part of the whole and for living in the moment through experience. The Tree of Life is an embodiment of the universal mind, the universal spirit and a representation of the path we take along our journey from matter to spiritual. The  Qabalah teachings of Dion Fortune , better explain the significance of each path and each connection between the astral and the physical planes. The energetics of the tree can be seen from above as in the Heavens, de...
