Workshop: Active Meditation – Eyes & Energise

WINDOWS OF THE SOUL

The eyes are our gateway to the higher realms, granting us access to the astral plane. We can connect with the higher planes to receive information and inspiration, through regular practices of inner vision training. A lot can be revealed about an individual by looking into their eyes.

Study Of The Iris
Looking into the eyes of an owl while it was struggling to free itself, as Ignaz Von Peczely accidentally damaged the owl's leg, he saw a distinct dark blemish forming in the Owl's pupil, a mark he was able to observe fade throughout the owl's recovery. From this experience at 11 years old, Peczely learned how the eyes can be read as an indicator of how well the body is functioning.

Learning how to diagnose illness and address weaknesses in the body as a preventative measure against disease, can be achieved through personal study of the iris. With our high definition camera phones, we can now more easily take pictures of our eyes to study the iris. There are a number of books available to purchase and videos to learn how to identify diseases in the body (particularly in the liver), as a preventative measure.

Locating the organs of the body that are showing up in iris, we can see above that the right eye has a flattened area of the inner 'star' around the 8 o'clock area. This area is related to the liver. The inner 'rust-coloured' area of the retina is a potential sign of liver deficiency. 'Muddy Puddle eye' or a dullness of the eye, can be related to fat metabolism. Another symptom of sluggish liver will be experienced as a sticky eye lid or clouded vision as a result of having too much cholesterol in the body fluids.

Our eyes are reflective mirrors revealing the health of electrical energy flowing throughout the nervous system. The body functions on dielectric flows of electromagnetism. The build up and breakdown of cells are in a constant dance to remain in balance. The flow of ions and gaseous exchanges are all linked to the flow of energy. All alchemical processes that occur within the body are dependent of having the right accumulation of stored energy and the right channels open and clear for distribution of energy.

Everything we eat and drink will affect the balance of energy and how energy flows through the body. Likewise, the environment we are in, the weather, the seasons and the planetary positioning above our heads – all affect the movement of energy in and around the body.

Uranus Symbolises Potential
The planets are all represented by the alchemical glyph signs representing the sun, moon, earth and direction of energy flow as well as polarity. Uranus has a glyph where the sun at the bottom (masculine) has the earth (feminine) above with the sign of the moon mirrored on each side.

The moon represents mind and the two crescents show the reciprocity (balance) of the left and right brain hemispheres of the brain. We can see the glyph of the left and right in balance in our faces – especially clear on the animal that symbolises wisdom – the Owl.

When we place magnets on a 'Ferrocell' plate, the flow of ions can reveal to us the electromangetic flow of  energy that forms structures such as the face and our eyes.

According to the manufacturer (linked above); 'the Ferrolens or Ferrocell is a type of super-paramagnetic optical device which can display magnetostatic or 'dynamic magnetic fields' in real-time and in colour. In other words, it is a quantum optical magnetic flux viewer.' Big words for seeing the energy lines of flow we can't detect with our eyes.

We can observe the flow of energy encased within the glass plates of the cell as 3-dimensional lines of flow. Easy to spot the Owls face and sigil of Uranus.

Sun And Moon In Body
The sun represents the Male principle. The moon represents the female principle. The two eyes have a spin rotation creating a vortex of dielectric energy flow coming out of the centre into the brow ridge and down the nose towards the mouth. The right eye has a predominant 'active' energy that projects outwards in a clockwise motion. The left eye is predominantly flowing in an anti-clockwise motion drawing in a magnetic energy - luring in the observer. We can activate both eyes to work in harmony or independently. Usually we have a more dominant eye for close up viewing and one for distance, that shows us which is more male or female aspected – this difference in focus becomes more apparent as we get older.

The Egyptians studied the eyes and connections to the afterlife. In the hieroglyphs we can see how the eyes are depicted with direction of flow and spin. This symbol also relates to the inner eye and how we can activate the outer vision to connect with the inner eye.

Spin Direction & Pressure
In power stations, the spin of a turbine creates the electrical charge that compresses into a capacitor, where the electrical power is stored as Amps. We can charge our bodies with energy movement practices that work in a similar way to electro-static energy. We can also compress the energy using body locks, to store in our meridians - which are the 6 main capicitors in the body, relating to the organs and having another 6 terminals of these battery units which end at the fingers and toes, the head and the perineum.

The energies of the body are balanced in a way that we store and use what we need. When we are very active and require more power, the organs of the body become efficient at storing energy.

Much like weather patterns can make us feel 'under the weather' in low pressure systems, the ions of the atmosphere will influence our body and minds to energise or steal energy from us, just in the same way pressure on our lungs, fluids in the body will create certain energy states and flow of storage and expenditure. Learning how to activate and control pressure and release, spin rotation and direction of energy flow is part of the Qi Gong and Thai Chi practices as well as other martial Arts and other acts of mediation and grounding.

Eyeball rotation and movement of the eyes correlate with memory access and creativity. Understanding how eyes give away people's integrity can help us spot liars and authenticity. We can use the rolling motion of the eyes to bring energy into our focus for healing the body using inner vision techniques.

Being aware of the Ying & Yang masculine/feminine polarities and how the flow of energy works by one seeking out the other, will mean we can both charge the body, channel great power, direct our focus and harmonise the body's energy systems. Through study of the eyes with Iridology and realising how the sections of the eyes link to the internal organs, we can prepare ourselves for better health by using this knowledge for preventative measures as part of our wider knowledge base on health when we follow the natural rhythms of the Earth and the cosmos.

A foundation of health is achieved through a study of the eyes. Gustau Pau's book is a great start on this self-empowerment journey.
