Imagine being able to leave our bodies and travel around the world, visiting our friends and experiencing new amazing places from many different, elevated perspectives? This is what Robert Monroe claims he and his friends were able to do in this video link.

The Monroe Institute was created by Robert to teach others how to achieve out-of-body experiences (OBE's). Both before and after Monroe, there were a number of experiments being conducted by Russian and American secret services, to learn how psychic abilities and methods of astral travel could be used for military advantages.

Experiments were carried out in the 50's and 60's with Shock therapy, psychoactive drugs and forms of 'fear-based mind control' evolved from these experiments as ways to wipe a person's mind, then fill the mind with new information and to compartmentalise the mind so that parts of the person's character could be hidden from the individual. These experiments prove that it was possible to create 'alters' – alternative Egos.

There is much to be discovered online and in particular from the Internet Archive where declassified documents are stored about the various forms of disassociation that allegedly created Manchurian Candidate assassins, sex slaves and mnemonic spies during the cold war! 

There are also stories to be found of 'Drones' – humans taken over by energetic parasites, and channelled beings who verbally dictate whole books to be written, such as this title 'The Nature Of Personal  Reality', by an entity called 'Seth', 'Seth Speaks' and this Seth book on the individual, somehow working perfectly as 'ghost writer' through Jane Roberts as the medium. Whatever we believe about these accounts, there seems to be a lot of evidence to support the various means of psychic tourism existing, depicted as real entities in many forms.

From these techniques and the studies, we conclude that disconnection of the Astral body from the physical body, is indeed possible through training. Becoming an Explorer
The Monroe Institute website and Youtube channel, have many videos and links explaining, presenting and demonstrating different models and examples of non-linear, non-physical reality. In these many, often bizarre videos, we have to allow a certain level of cynicism to protect us from what could be scammers.

The number of people over the years who have catalogued their work, recorded the conversations with channelled higher intelligence beings, talked to 'alters' (split personalities) and conversed with the recently dead whilst under hypnosis – as well as all the other connections between spirits, elementals, orbs, ETs and past live regressions – the list goes on and on.

Finding Truth
Integrity is the state of being whole. It is the ability to stand up. Robustness. Architecturally, it is a structure built on granite foundations. Truth is the Integrity that we resonate with when we align with nature. The Greatest Truth is God – expressed and felt as the perfect place of Bliss and Love.

Without doubt, there is something beyond the physical realm – sentient and intelligent – talking through mediums, being the voices in the head, witnessed as shadow people when addicts are high on amphetamines (crystal meth psychosis), who conversed with Jerry Marinsky as entities badged as schizophrenics within asylums – and for sensitives, it's the Shaman's contact with benevolent guides. 

The late, great Doctor David Hawkins, reveals where the path to travel along for finding Truth (God), is difficult – it takes faith, hard work and dedication. Here in this video link he says – we need to make sacrifices to find Truth! This is so true – we have to lose fear – fear of what others think or fear of ridicule. Resistance is what holds us back – the Ego. Hawkins is someone we can listen to over and over again – and learn something new each time.

Great Adepts Going Beyond The Veil
There are many great people to follow on this path of wisdom to find Truth. Rudolf Steiner was a mystic visionary and his books can be found in audio format on this YouTube channel link here. Another great esoteric Master is Manly P Hall – again, many of his great lectures can be found on YouTube including his 'Opening the doors to the Invisible' lecture. The interviews and books of Michael Tsarion are also of note.


Transcending Consciousness
Robert Sepher has been sharing great content on a number of topics related to ancient history, the controlling factions of our reality and methods for transcending the reality we believe is the only reality, to find other realms to explore and benefit from. 


Robert Monroe's  Gateway Process
Robert discovered a way to disassociate from the physical body and transcend into something called the 'Astral Realm'. There are many documents now released by the CIA and books written by those investigating psychic phenomena in Russian experiments. The techniques used for accessing the astral realm are called 'Binaural Beats'.



Sylvan Muldoon was one of the first to share his tried and tested techniques on Astral Travel in two books. The practitioner learns to enter the trance state (Alpha frequency 8-12Hz and Delta 4-7Hz), then raise the etheric hands to enter a Lucid state of dreaming.
