Cleansing Clarity – Diary Of A Liver Purge
KEEPING TABS ON LIFE'S PROGRESS
A wonderful way to track the journey of life is with a daily diary. This path I have taken since 2015 began with a journal entry on the 1st of January 2015, followed by 364 consecutive days of diary writing. This daily diary wring process helped me to accumulate so much knowledge that I've since been able to help many others on their life's journey too!
Diaries are key for reminding us of 'where we are at'. When we keep tabs through writing a diary, our progress can be mapped over time where we can learn more about the things that worked the best, so our future plans can be mapped out for even greater success.
Many of the ailments and health related issues are down to our own habits and lifestyle choices. Stressful jobs, busy social lives, family commitments and all of the things we love doing, but things that can potentially impact our sleep and our vitality to take a toll on the body if not kept under control. Much of our power for positive change lies in how we manage food intake.
Food Diary
Simply taking pictures of our meals and writing down a food diary, we can look at the energy of the calories, the types of calories and the quality of the calories. We can realise where certain foods are inflammatory and where certain foods are more toxic or when taken without caution, adding to the waistline through water retention. There are many apps that help with this.
Certain types of foods can be calorie rich, but are dense enough to warrant higher energy consumption levels to break down the food. Meat can be a good source of protein and all the other nutrients that our body needs, as we are meat too. But meat late at night or meat that is high in fat, can deplete the body of energy and disrupt our sleep. This is why listing out the foods in a diary and the times we are ingesting, can help us to make better food choices.
Legumes and pulses can be inflammatory, causing bloating and stomach cramps. Undigested vegetables creates gas and the body usually responds to bloating by flushing the gut and filling the sack that hangs down in front of the gut called the 'Greater Omentum'. When this happens, we appear to have a flabby belly that wouldn't normally be there. Being in a constant state of inflammation, tells us that the body doesn't like the foods and beverages we are taking on board.
Many people are jumping on board the 'body reset' fad. One can find plenty of books on the market that promote ways to reduce weight and be more healthy through eating certain foods, but this only add layers of confusion and doesn't fit with everybody's food type preferences. Its pretty simple to reset the body – just fast for 3-5 days.
By drinking only clean water and herbal teas, we can all give the body a well-deserved rest from breaking down and expelling food. We can also perform a liver cleanse in these three days and purge our body of the waste materials contributing towards our health problems.
By using spicy teas, drinking apple juice, grapefruit juice and having saunas, sweating in a gym or performing some yoga stretches that 'rinse out' the organs, we can help with the purge. Many people are carrying a lot of fat in their liver that over time will affect the body in negative ways.
To create the healthy body, we need to look at what the health benefits of fasting are over three days. The following is a diary of what my body goes through during a 3-5 day water and apple juice fast, ending with a liver purge to remove symptoms of fatty liver.
Diary Of A Liver Purger
The following is a diary of the day in the life of someone who's avoided solid foods and performed a series of activities to help with resetting the body. Day 1 followed a preparation day of eating very little and drinking plenty of water which helped me to feel more energised after a sound night's sleep with nothing in the belly.
DAY 1
Woke at 5am to read some books on health and motivation, plus write some posts on social media about the liver cleanse.
6.30am
– Performed 50 really easy press-ups.
– Drank some lemon and salt infused warm water.

– Created a hot drink using cloves, lemon grass, ginger and red chillis plus mint.
– Drank some freshly distilled, automatically blessed, salt infused water.

7.15 – 9.00am
– Had a sauna for 30 minutes, followed by a steam sweat for 10 minutes.
– 8am Gym. Cycled for 30 minutes at a good pace, lateral raises and squats – great workout when fasting for burning stored fat calories, that will continue burning all day long.
Observations morning:
I didn't need to eat before the gym. I had plenty of energy after the spicy tea and saline water. Electrified sodium water helps to transfer electrical impulses to the muscles. The gol is to burn off the fat which has potentially soaked up toxins, with some weight loss a useful benefit. Usually I struggle being in the sauna for more than 10 minutes and the steam for more that 5 minutes. Not today – likely because I'm not congested in the gut and my lungs are working more efficiently.

To note: I was very fast on the bike with good stamina, sweating profusely – especially from the eyes. I lifted heavier weights over my head without feeling depleted and squatted some of the heaviest weight (300Lbs), without any issues on knees or lower back. This was the best performance I've had in weeks – and all without big meals consumed before and after a workout.
9.00 – 11.30am
– Created blog posts and updated website. Drank more spicy tea and researched event spaces.
– Tackled an insurance issue by calling and speaking to my broker.
– Masticated two apples, swallowing the juice and spitting out the pulp.
Observations afternoon:
Clear head and was able to stay calm and focussed on the call, despite the frustrations dealing with insurance agents. The apple juice gave me enough of a 'meal' to get me through. No need for caffeinated drinks.

11.30am - 3.30pm
– Quick walk down to yoga
– Performed the best I've performed in months.
– Drank more spicy teas and water.
– Returned home clear headed and focussed for work.
Observations afternoon:
Clear head and was able to stay calm and focussed on the insurance call, despite the frustrations dealing with insurance agents. The apple juice gave me enough of a 'meal' to get me through the morning and afternoon. No need for caffeinated drinks. I was more flexible and able to do head/handstands in yoga. Could easily perform twists and folding in half. Every movement felt less restricted and easy.
3.30 – 6.30pm
– Worked straight through without the need for any breaks or any need for snacks.
I didn't feel tired at all throughout the entire day. Usually an 11am or 3pm snack is required or a caffeinated drink to give us a boost. I did have to masticate my apples (chew to extract juice), which felt like eating and helped to satisfy ny ned to eat. This served as yet another reminder that we don't even need a juicer! Simply mash fruit with the teeth and spit out ny pulp into a bowl before binning.
6.30 – 9.30pm
– Continued with research, writing and reading.
– Early to bed with a book called 'The Enneagrams of the Fixations', by Oscar Ichazo.
Conclusion from day 1
Weight: Don't expect to lose a lot of weight in the first day. Yes we haven't eaten any solid foods, but the body tends to hold on to food in the lower digestive tract when new food hasn't arrived to push along the old food. The body also tends to retain fluid when we fast and we can also expect to feel a little flabby as the muscles contract, leaving the skin around the inner thighs, lower back and under arms a little looser. This is all normal. Remember, this is a purge of toxic fat – weight loss and better body shape is all an added benefit that will see improvements over time.
Hunger: Depending on usual eating habits, we may have hunger pangs as the body has been conditioned to receive foods at certain times of the day – this is all normal and can be countered by drinking water and tea infusions to satisfy the hunger.
Energy: Expect energy levels to be high as we've not needed to use energy digesting food and expelling food waste.
Appearance: We can feel a little saggy and sometimes experience dry, flakey skin or itchy skin. This is normal. When we are digesting our fat reserves, it can release toxins that have been stored, which come out in the skin and the lungs. Expect a bit of phlegm and potentially runny nose and watery eyes as the body detoxes. Bad breath is another symptom for digesting fat reserves and so is body odour and sweaty armpits/groin.
I felt warm all day and didn't need to wear warm clothes or have the heating on – my body was creating a furnace to burn fat (especially after lifting heavy weights in the gym).
The eyes are already beginning to work better – no blurry vision, no greasy fluid in the eyes and both eyes working pretty well considering how bad the vison has been the last few weeks.
DAY 2
Woke early again to read my current selection of books on health and motivation (I usually read 3+ books at the same tine, switching between each as I feel inclined to). Got up early to do 6 minute planks and press-us with Cathy (I haven't been doing these regularly for a fair while). Felt effortless doing this set of exercises – just like my old self!

6.00 - 9.00am
– Read books for a while on the iPad mini (including one book called The Trap) and also listened to some Youtube videos about how Voltage heals the body.
– Composed an email to my mother who's had both calfs badly injured by an escalator accident. Shared information on ways to heal the body through diet, energising exercises and by using Pulsed EMF tools to charge the body.
– Out to the gym for a fast cycle and to work the large muscle groups (even if you are elderly or infirm, all can do basic movements to work the quads, glutes, upper back and spine stabiliser muscles).

9.00m-12.00pm
– Did more heavy lifting to pack our van ready for a sound bath in Stratford. The heavy bags were just as heavy and cumbersome to lift as when I've eaten, so no changes in strength at all.
– More writing and research, doing the work I'm here to do. Very clear mind. Completed the tasks easily
– Coped with the stress of doing admin. Contacting Insurance agencies and dealing with government agencies around tax is never fun – but felt effortless and stress free.
– Created a video edit for promotion of our events. Agin very smooth and efficient process through havig greater clarity of mind.
12.00pm-5pm
– Bought a carton of Waitrose apple juice and masticated my last apples before 2pm cut off.

– Made my batch of Epsom salts and stored in a sealed Tupperware container
– Took the van to our storage unit, more heavy lifting.
– Drove across London with all of our sound kit. More heavy lifting.
General observations for the day:
I felt less hungry than I did on the previous days. The need for food and all food triggers (smells fom Cathy cooking food), did not make me want to eat. I did have a lot of gurgling in my stomach and in he upper digestive area which is normal where the bile being created in the liver and gallbladder, releases. We can produce up to 1L of bile and the gallbladder condenses the bile amounts for increased potency. However, these bile balls of cholesterol are also be the causes of blockages.
One of the factors of fatty liver is where we eat heavy and fatty meals (which requires more bile creation), then skip meals or switch to non-fatty meals, which means the body gets confused with how much bile to create. Intermittent fasting is great for giving our digestive system a rest, but fasting may also play a role in how gallstones and liver cholesterol stones are created in the first place.
6.00-10.30pm
This is the time of the drink making and ingesting at specific times. I'd already put my Epsom salts drink in the fridge ready to begin at 6pm.
– First reminded myself of the purge process (video here)
– Drank first epsom salts at 6pm before chilling at home.
– Drank second epsom salts drink at 8pm before doing a bit more work admin and watching some interesting occult YouTube videos about Masonic London, Black Noise, Thoth, Aryan origins of Iran and listened to an epic speech on ascension by the late great Manly P Hall.
For those interested in understanding The Great Work, Hermeticism, Alchemy (Magnus Opus) and Inner God for self-study, all of the video links highlighted above are worth watching.
DAY 3
This is actually my fourth day at the end of three days of fasting but the process will still work with just two days of fasting or by eating very light food along with the apple juice for the whole time leading up to the liver and gallbldder purge.
This is actually my fourth day at the end of three days of fasting but the process will still work with just two days of fasting or by eating very light food along with the apple juice for the whole time leading up to the liver and gallbldder purge.
The alarm was set for 6am and 8am – so I could drink the last two remaining Epsom salts drinks. This part of the process is the least favourite as we've had to process the oil and citrus juices over night, to then pass a lot of bile fluid (which is created by lemon juice and excess fat/oil ingested). The Epsom salts are more difficult to drink first thing. Have a small amount of water to flush the taste after each drink, but refrain from diluting the salts through drinking too much water.
The importance of sleeping pills – A main part of this process involves major work performed by the liver and gallbladder to process the fluids ingested and without a good sleeping peel (valium or equivalent), you may find yourself awake at night and unable to get back asleep easily. I took two natural sleeping tablets and these didn't work. This meant I woke at Midnight to pass some water and woke again at 3am (for the liver time on the Daoist TCM circadian clock - see above image).
When waking at this gallbladder and liver time (11pm-3am), there can be some discomfort experienced all over the body – a kind of restlessness. I know this discomfort well from previous cleanses when I didn't take a good sleeping tablet. It feels like you have muscle tension in the arms (particularly the tricep area), tightness around the lower neck/upper chest, with tension in the upper right and left shoulder blades and the need to move from one side of the body to the other, as well as leg fidgets. This is where the gallbladder and liver meridians are energetically drawing in extra power from the other meridians (power units), in the body so they can activate the cleanse process.
Performing this purge can be tiring as bad night's sleep and having to wak early, means a down day is essential. So far this morning, I've passed three lots of liver/gallbladder balls before 11am. What usually happens now, is food ingested after midday, will help to reactivate the digestive system as it pushes the peristalsis motion in the bowel. Because we now have toxic balls of cholesterol sitting in the digestive tract, there could be a bit of brain fog, irritability and fatigue felt. One solution I use (not for everyone), is to perform a lower bowel flush using a silicone enema kit.
Because of my need to understand what's happening in my body and to see what these fat balls are and better understand the process so I may benefit others, I capture the main balls of cholesterol in a sieve so they cn be photographed, cut into and weighed. The sieve pictured above cost £2 from a local pound shop.
Conclusion:
The liver cleanse isn't for everyone. It takes a certain type of person and usually a situation of health that brings a person to the liver cleanse. Regardless, the liver cleanse will benefit all who make the journey along the path of self-discovery and self empowerment. The website for everyone to post their treasures on is here.
