Workshop: Sound Frequency For Understanding The World Around Us
SOUND IS PROFOUND
Why is sound so important for understanding the world around us? Perceived as mere entertainment, a focus tool and noise blocker for the gym or background ambience for a restaurant setting, sound is fundamental for our very existence, as beautiful sounds make up the symphonies that hold reality together in perfect harmony.
How can we use sound to guide us? All sounds we hear and all sounds we perceive and detect through the senses (including the intuitive '6th sense'), will affect our thoughts & moods, determine our energy levels and overall health.
What sounds most benefit us? The most harmonious sounds are the greatest benefit to us. Any sound frequency that is pure and is not interfered with by another sound frequency, can be harmonious to another frequency. The intensity of the sound wave (pressure) detected as loudness and measured as electrical power in decibels, will have an effect on the way the sound interacts with another sound wave. The vibration of another wave will only be affected when that wave has 'resonance'.
Each frequency combination will be either harmonious or discordant – as in, they are notes that can work well together for greater 'unity' harmony or are in conflict to generate 'chaos' and disintegration.
Frequencies combined in certain ways can be 'caustic' to physical matter, breaking down the structures and forms. This is how kidney stones are removed with medical sound therapies and also how sonic weapons can destroy concrete and steel buildings. Research has revealed how 11th harmonic frequency sounds can kill cancer cells.
There are harmonics for every kind of generative and destructive sound phase, which will affect matter based on duration and location changes of the sounds received. Our understanding of sound and knowing which frequencies are good for us and which sounds are not beneficial frequencies for health, will help us to choose whether to seek certain sounds out or avoid them.
Because waves have a frequency modulation measured in Hertz (cycles per second), there are mathematical qualities to the wave that mean each cycle can resonate with another cycle as it crosses the same mathematical phase according to the multiplication and division of these numbers. The universe works according to ontological mathematics, formulas, fractals and multiplications.
This online interactive website, better shows how prime numbers (divisible only by one and itself), are able to remain pure for their own tone resonance, whereas every other number will have a resonance with other numbers that are a multiple of the same principle number. The graphic below reveals the frequency patterns of the 12 notes of the chromatic scale, the colours and prime numbering sequences as revealed by Edgar Cayce to reveal the 'one'; of the prime, encompassing all other numbers and frequencies.
Understanding The World Around Us
Sound is a frequency and frequency defines the world we perceive through our senses. Our senses are detecting frequency waves and patterns that the brain decodes as pictures and sounds.
Everything has a vibratory frequency and despite not being able to detect every frequency through our five senses, we are able to 'feel' the invisible sounds around us, detected as emotions, thoughts, desires, moods and energies. Everything is vibrating around us at different rates and complex structures will be vibrating a whole symphony of sounds.
Even the dense matter we call rocks and the gaseous matter we call air, will have vibratory frequencies that relate back to sound.
The keyboard and circles of energy depicted in Edgar Cayce's graphic above, symbolise the spine (on its side), with the keys as individual torus fields (of fibonacci prime numbering sequences), around the vertebrae, plus the double torus fields symbolising the upper and lower body, with the outside circle symbolising the auric field of the body as the completed octave.
Electromagnetic Frequency Ranges
Our five senses detect frequency waves within a certain band of electromagnetic frequencies. Our auditory range of hearing can pick up frequency waves from around 20Hz up to 20,000Hz. The term Herz, is a measure of the cycle a wave takes to travel from the static position through the highest and lowest peaks of the wave cycle and back to the static or the mid-line phase.
All ‘badges’ we give to concepts and things we detect through our senses are there to help us communicate in a mutually comprehensive way and to better understand the world we perceive. The badges we use can also hold us in a restrained world of form, because the words themselves, can have multiple meanings and interpretations or be limiting in what they describe. The frequency we ‘hear’ and ‘feel’ as sound and emotion are not necessarily the same thing as there are receptors in our body, in our skin and at a cellular level that can detect and react to sound that our ears cannot detect, which have subtle effects on our how we behave. These super/sub-sonic sound frequencies are defined as ‘extra’ or ‘ultra’ or ‘very’ high/low. We use specialist equipment to detect these frequencies.
We use ‘antennas’ and ‘transceivers’ to detect and share the frequencies we can't easily detect. These frequencies are moving so fast or so slow that they pass right through us – as in they are not resonating with our own frequencies in a way that we can easy feel or detect them – but they will be influencing us, albeit it in subtle ways and there are some people who can detect frequencies others cannot – these are nown as 'sensitives'.
Musical Theory of Existence
It is said that sound, or the profound music of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Schoenberg, is the undefinable 'a priori' of what life 'is'. Music has no way of being reduced down in to multiple meanings, nor of being confused or misunderstood.
When the correct principles of sound harmony are utilised, we can appreciate the ‘symphony’ of sounds (a collective story) in a way that brings meaning to our lives. When pieces are performed in a virtuoso way, the music we hear and feel IS the very profound and actual formation of life. We experience the sounds manifested from a point of silence, to a crescendo that reaches a conclusion at the end, This completion brings satisfaction and closure, which in music terms is called a ‘perfect cadence’, based on a perfect 5th or 4th returning to the principle note played.
The harmonies and signature changes we hear when immersed in a performance of classical music played, will take us willingly along a journey. However, without closure, the music can leave us with feelings of detachment and anxiety. The symphonies in our life, playing out in major and minor keys, will be having the same effects as a concert left untended. We seek harmony and closure in everything we do. this can also be referred to as a 'cotntract'.
The Music of The Spheres
The author of a book entitled 'The Musical Theory of Existence' does its best to break down the psychology of music in to a form that can be intellectually understood. In Steve Madison's writings, the failure to break down the 'a priori' of music into parts that we can hold and define, forms the backbone of his thesis about music. We can only 'experience' sound - fleetingly.
The book above by Jamie James, entitled ‘Music of the spheres’, also attempts to break down the scientific structure of music into mathematics and electromagnetism. We can understand sound in many ways. The best way is to 'feel' it and become better attuned to know its benefits.
This fantastic website also contains deeper understandings about the Pythagorean mysteries and references other great work by scholars from the 1300's, such as Johannes Kepler
Frozen Memories
Although sound is fleeting on the ears, we can still 'see' sound frequency formation, when it is frozen. Dr Masaru Emoto was a pioneer for understanding how water retains information which is detected through sound, thoughts, emotions and intentions, to be stored as memory.
Dr. Masaru Emoto managed to capture the essences of music in its profound structures for the eyes to see. By freezing water in ice crystals, he was able to capture the sounds of the ‘sacred vowel sounds’. A E I O U create beautiful crystal structures (such as the crystal formed by the words and intentions of love shown in crystal form above). There are in fact more than five vowel sounds, which include UR and OO, making '7' that correspond with the main chakras (nerve ganglia centres), found along the spine on the body.
Water & Light
The Author Veda Austin, has created a beautiful book of photographical images called 'The Living Language of Water' which captures the light received in water, that forms frozen ice crystals revealing the material that has imprinted itself on the water molecules. This is how the polarities of light and darkness, effect electrons/protons to make the Hydrogen Ions form into plasmas (structured formations), to structure the water into the physical properties of the objects that omit light.
Sound and light are both frequencies that structure the ions in air and water to create 'mandalas' or what is also known as 'cymatic' patterns. Capturing the frequencies in frozen form, as the Eurovision medal reveals above, is how we can capture sound for a fleeting instant.
Cymatics
The image above is what the vowel signs look like in ‘captured’ formation in water or on a Chlaldi plate. As the sounds are emitted and transferred throughout the air around us, the formations of these mandala structures are passing through our bodies, which, like a comb, can structure the water molecules in our body, to form shapes much like the crystals formed by emotions shown by Dr Emoti emotions and pictures formed with frozen ice formations as Veda Austin's book reveals.
Based on what we have seen and discussed above. If sound can affect, move and create forms with grains of sand, what are the sounds doing to the cells in our bodies?
If the matter that makes our bodies is interrupted or disrupted by dissonant sounds, perhaps the emotions are a tell-tale sign of where the unseen,
inaudible sounds have created an imbalance?
Think about the above sentence. Nature creates a harmonious symphony, which the virtuoso (Divine) orchestras are playing for beauty, harmony and to sustain life. We are disrupting the divine frequencies with chemicals, combining frequencies from RF towers and cellphones that create non-resonating disharmony, resulting in bad moods that are influencing selfish thoughts, poor decisions and evil intentions – are that are effectively ‘bum notes’, from out-of-tune instruments playing terrible songs.
We can see in the image below where converging/diverging resonant 'peaks' (solid lines) create resonance and troughs (dotted lines), cancel each other out.
Sound As A Guide
We are very sensitive instruments. Our bodies are playing a beautiful concerto at every moment and striving to remain in balance. When someone or something is interfering with our beautiful song, the sounds become hard to listen to. We begin to feel 'out of soirts'. This is when we know someone or something is not in resonance to our song - or not in tune with our frequency.
When we have two radio stations playing at two similar frequencies, there’s called interference. When the sounds reach us, they can be creative or 'constructive'. Or they can remove energy and be 'de-constructive'.
We know we have to move back to a place where the frequency we want is strong and constructive - or adjust our frequency to work in a different range away from the disruption frequency clash. We can also tune in to a frequency that we know drowns out all of the others. Love.
Love conquers all. That’s because the frequency of love operates within a frequency range we call the sacred Solfeggio tones. The word ‘sacred’, is used to define the ‘divine’ creator. This frequency set is within the alignment to nature. If we have any issues with the words, try to imagine perfect order as the definition of divine and virtuoso musician as the one who can channel that perfect harmonious sound, where there is no static, no interference and where the feeling of ‘bliss’ resides.
Cleanliness is godliness as they say. Hygiene is another word for perfection which we associate with cleaning, which actually defines purity. In the language of music, we define these terms with ‘perfect fourth’ or perfect fifth’ or ‘perfect cadence’ which is the divine talking to us through sound. These combination of sounds played together or one after the other, create bliss. Bliss has a light frequency of the sun in its healing and warming phase, which we experience seasonaly as Spring.
When we visualise platinum white light, this is the cleansing light. Silver has cleansing properties. When we use the emotions to set our mood, we cleanse the body of frequencies that are not serving us. The visual images, the metaphors we use, the inner focus and ‘will’ are all methods we can employ to program our body and mind. We are the controllers of our body, the emotional mood and our future destiny.
When the person is led by emotion, which are frequencies of sound, we allow ourselves to be controlled. Watching the news, listening to gossip, mindlessly allowing sounds and images to pass through our senses in the form of TV, radio, film, propaganda, without question - all will be affecting our mind and quality of life in ways we may be unaware of.
The Main Sound Healing Principles are outlined in the following paragraphs.
Sound Healing Resonance
Sound healing brings harmonious vibrations to the human energy field and body, helping you achieve balance, peace, and inner harmony. It bypasses the doubting mind and connects directly with our cells, reminding us of our natural state of unity and bliss. The two tuning forks video above demonstrates symbolically how two people can have resonant frequencies.
Solfeggio Tones For DNA
Solfeggio tones, rooted in the universal mathematics a wider number set called the Zobet, resonate with our DNA and bones, gently rebalancing and harmonizing our brain and body. By tapping into these frequencies, we reconnect with nature and align more deeply with our peaceful, blissful essence, promoting a happier and healthier life.
Natural Alignment With Schumann
Earthing sound frequencies are naturally found in nature: the Schumann resonance (Earth’s Yang), geomagnetic fields (Earth’s Yin), and the Om vibration (Earth’s orbit). Together with the restorative 111 Hz frequency, these energies are profoundly relaxing and rejuvenating. Learn more about earthing benefits, tuning fork courses, and the impact of electromagnetism on health.
Scientific Studies On Sound & Health
These sound frequencies are applied in healthcare and sound therapy, offering specific benefits: easing muscle tension, balancing the brain and nervous system, reducing pain and inflammation, lifting mood, and accelerating wound and bone healing. Sound healing fosters deep relaxation and creates positive, lasting change.
When Sounds Matter The Most
We can choose to master our day from the moment we wake and determine the day to follow from the time we go to sleep. This is a process of mindful living.
Prayers of gratitude before bedtime and prayers of protection before rising in the morning, all followed by affirmations and energising breaths – these methods coupled with vocal toning, vowel sounds and meditations to harmonious frequencies, will all help to create more balance in our lives.
For it follows: If we put the right sounds and emotions into our minds, before bed and upon rising, we set our day, week, and life. Everything then flows.
Choosing to ‘tune’ ourselves in to what we want to achieve in a day, week or life - is up to us. We simply need to focus on the positive emotions and activate them to bring in life-enriching affirmations and positivity. We achieve this through repetition of ‘mantras’ and by application of positive word magic – aka 'spells'.
Meditation in the morning and evening, also helps us to bookmark our day. We can keep on track of the positive aspects of our lives through mindful meditation. We can also take to journaling and using positive images on hand to remind us of visualised desires, goals and outcomes we seek.
All of these frequencies for success in our lives, will contain the sounds of success. Find the sounds that work best for you to achieve want you actively seek and desire in life.
Solfeggio's Most Beneficial Sounds
The most beneficial sounds are those that resonate. We can draw on sounds that are already claimed to aid in relaxation, repair, manifestation and spiritual growth. The solfeggio tones also link to personality types (Enneagrams) and each three numbered frequency, embodies the preference personality type, the inclination and delineation number of that type. For example, 852Hz has the power of the '8' type, with the '5' and '2' type within the triad – all which are interlinked.
The healing tones of the Sofeggoio frequencies will affect each personality type to help balance, restore and calm the positive and negative expressions of that type. The following sounds and frequencies are claimed to work on the different positive aspects for healing on all personalities:

Sacred Geometry
To see how sacred geometry and sound interconnect with technologies found in architecture and buildings of ancient civilisations, refer to my other posts in this blog series or check this great site on Sound and geometry which provides more interesting links and information to help develop a greater understanding of the lost knowledge – to unlock the secrets.
To fully realise how ancient civilisations worked with nature and the planetary energies, we need look at the the Mayan clocks and their mandalas (see above), plus reference the Hindu and Tibetan Yantras (see below.
These people of South America and in the Himalayan regions, understood the universe's secrets, just as also the Cambodians, the people of Gobekli Tepi and of course the Egyptians and Tartarians understood the cosmic codes we see in the remnants of the classic architecture styles (including all churches and cathedrals). Studying and comparing different cultures, we can see just how much the West and East are aligned.
The Universal One
Walter Russells Universal One images reveal the forces of nature work in two directions of spin that begin with the 'One' and end with the unity 'one'.Walter created many images and theories on how the universe works. More of he images can be found here and here. Russell believed that the harmonics of matter and the creation of the physical universe begins with Hydrogen in the 4th, 5th and 6th octaves, which are formed in a spiral.
Pythagoras and other great thinkers of the Greek and Roman epoch (and achamist Peracalcus), understood the power of the planets and their influence on us. Music of the spheres and Pythagoras reveals these secrets to all who are prepared to use the great library of the internet – the modern equivalent of the great library of Alexandira.
Tri-Tone Double Torus Vortex
When we look at the make-up of our musical octaves and how the notes for a major scale, chromatic scale, and major or minor intervals work harmonically, we can see how sacred geometry shapes form. The major chord consists of 7 notes, with the 8th note as the octave - with 1 and 7 being prime numbers. The double torus creates two opposing keys, which use five different notes each and share two notes the same. The study of this sound system with geometry is called Cosmometry.
The major scale of C consists of 12 notes, which have 7 white notes and 5 black notes (both prime numbers). The book 'God's Secret Formula', outlines how prime numbers make up our reality and are hidden in the Rosicrucian teachings – making up a red cross symbol based on the prime numbers it contains.
Energy Meridians
Within our bodies we have 6 meridian lines that have a positive and negative energy pathway – forming the 12 meridians. Of the 7 major chakras, we have the 7 main notes of the major scale (the white notes) and the 5 minor notes of the scale (black notes). In the scale of C major, only the white notes are used. The middle note of the octave is a F#, which is the opposite note to the C note called a tri-tone (refer to the image above the book image above) – as it is made up of three whole tones. The key of G# major consists of the 5 notes that are not used in the C major scale, but does share two notes – the 4th and the 7th (F and B). The F note is a Major 4th in the C Major scale. These scales are mutually agreeable but also contain 'discordant' notes.
When we put these two chords together on the 12 pointed dodecagon, we can see where the direction of travel forms a spiral vortex in opposite directions (Link above now n Internet Archive here – or here
