THE DOORS TO PERCEPTION

Our perceivable reality is determined by focus. Fields of energy are deciphered by our senses. Focus and recognition of these fields, begins at the earliest stages of development. The rattle, the coloured blocks, the soft blanket and familiar faces of toys. With soothing voices, reassuring touches and scent of our mother, come connections to security, warmth and food.

The vagus nerve is the longest reaching in the body, called 'the wanderer' nerve as it interconnects with all the major organs. Toning the vegus nerve, is important for resetting the mind, emotions and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. There's various ways to reset the vegus nerve – breathing deeply, yoga, meditation and laughing.

Accessing the other dimensions can be achieved by 'tuning' to the correct frequency.

Some days are words days
Some days are sounds
Some days are listening
Some days are watching
Some days are doing
Some days are still
Some days are silence
Some days are receiving days

The Sage Age

Authors and scientists who are pushing the frontiers of science and spiritual revolution in the 21st century, because they have been able to recognise realms where the true science lies – the metaphysical world. Our physical reality is but a manifestation originating from the non-physical realms we cannot 'see', but which are perceived by those sensitive enough to pick up the subtle forces and by those willing to accept what they cannot see, doesn't mean it cannot exist. More scientists are taking the necessary steps away from the materialistic viewpoints of reductionist science, in to the expansive fields of infinite possibility.

Setting The Emotional Agenda

Happiness is an expression. A response to the environment – both internal and external – living in the moment. Happiness can be fleeting and it can be for our own benefit, for everyone or at the expense of others. Happiness is self-determining and subjectively based on what the individual believes it to be. Happiness can also be a conscious choice – above all other emotions. We have the power to be happy.

Happiness is purely an electromagnetic energy which is perceived
as internal sensations of feelings

Everything is frequency. From this point onwards, it should be very easy to explain happiness as well as life itself. For we are but a vibrational frequency in a sea of frequencies.

The emotions are channelled via our thoughts. Thoughts determine our day. Quietening these thoughts can be achieved through meditation. From a quiet place, we can determine which thoughts are serving us and choose to focus on them. Regulating the thoughts is achieved by regulating the stimulus – ie. removing negative-thought-inducing factors from one's environment and adding markers for positive focus. Controlling the emotions while dealing with challenging thoughts, can be achieved effectively in a number of ways, with the first being a smile.

As the saying goes - where the focus goes, energy flows. Choose a focus, determine the power of intention to wilfully manifest the desire. Reality is created with determination of our thoughts and can be also be influenced by the thoughts of others.

Understanding the differences between Sympathy, Empathy and Compassion, can help us to recognise these emotional states. Once 'felt' as the state of introversion (sympathy), symbiotic (empathy) and mutually entrained response (activation), the emotions as a vibrational energy frequency, can be activated through wilful, pre-determined activation energy 'switches'. With this understanding, we have the ability to either put ourselves in the guarded, open all channels and/or select specific transceiver channels that we wish to connect with others, to act upon thoughts which are beneficial to a desired outcome.

Compassion is seen by many as the gateway to success. Understanding another's feelings, to relate, is never more than an imagined feeling.

with services to others with emotional intelligence. However, it's always necessary for selfish decision  the will to act on empathetic feelings, should always be considered before acting. The full engagement of intuition, heart and mind triads is essential for understanding feelings, emotions and observable effects on the physical body. Therapists can better entrain to their clients with the addition of mimicry body language.

From a paper written on Compassion studies. The Dalai Lama defines compassion as: “An openness to the suffering of others with a commitment to relieve it” However, within Buddhism, compassion is seen not only as an emotional response but also as a response founded on reason and wisdom – embedded in an ethical framework concerned with the selfless intention of freeing others from suffering.

In-depth studies for compassion traits have been conducted to identify the different compassion components (complimentary and divisive), which can be more easily defined when measuring 'emotional intelligence' and can be useful tools for effectiveness when utilising these traits for the common good.

Understanding how we manage our feelings, respond to internal dialogue, apply active listening, identify body language and connect to others, can be assessed through taking personality, engagement and emotional intelligence tests. The important thing to remember is that these tests are guides only – never to be used for defining one's character and abilities for employment – and multiple tests from different sources, taken at different times, will often give different (and sometimes conflicting), results.

To activate the other realms and to benefit from creative manifestation

– First Visualise
– Feel the realness of the vision
– Multi-view focus from inner 360º AR-3D minds-eye
– Believe in the reality you have imagined

To transmit, first become open:

– Belief is the gate
– Faith is the belief connection to the consciousness super highway
– Empathy is the receiving channel (all frequencies beware!)
– Contentment is the acceptance of the message being sent and received
– Satisfaction is the confirmation of the delivery of what has been visualised
– Gratitude is the openness expression of appreciation from what has been created, manifested to being and the widening of the belief portal to transceive once again.
