Workshop: Vibez Sounds – A Guide

Image
Sonic Sounds Of Crystal Playing crystal bowls in a sound session, we can create soundscapes which both relax and invigorate. By playing a combination of sound bowls that harmonise, we release tension. Playing combinations of sounds that seek confirmation and resolution - ie. they are returning us to the root sound of safety, helps to calm the nervous system. Playing notes that leave us wanting a return to the root, we can create some tension and we can also create higher states of contemplation. These combinations can be played with in a sound bath to bring a 'play' of sound in three parts. The idea behind composition using the technique of three, lies at the foundation of good storytelling - told in three 'acts ' Here are some combinations of three bowls that work really well together: 1. Root, Sacral, Throat - Note: C, D, G The principal note C helps to bring us back to a grounding tone. Playing the C tone at the beginning of a sound bath, can immediately ease everyon...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Astral Connection

PHYCHIC TOURISM Imagine being able to leave our bodies and travel around the world, visiting our friends and experiencing new amazing places from many different, elevated perspectives? This is what Robert Monroe claims he and his friends were able to do in this video link . The Monroe Institute was created by Robert to teach others how to achieve out-of-body experiences (OBE's). Both before and after Monroe, there were a number of experiments being conducted by Russian and American secret services, to learn how psychic abilities and methods of astral travel could be used for military advantages. Experiments were carried out in the 50's and 60's with Shock therapy, psychoactive drugs and forms of 'fear-based mind control' evolved from these experiments as ways to wipe a person's mind, then fill the mind with new information and to compartmentalise the mind so that parts of the person's character could be hidden from the individual. These experiments prove tha...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Inner Vision

IMAGINATION INTEGRATION Fundamental to the practice of meditation is an acceptance of our responsibility in generating our world through intention. We contain the potential for greatness just as we also do for destruction. Connecting to the Inner light is a connection to the Unity Source, The One. God. To genuinely connect with our higher mind, or God-self, it is crucial to transcend the negative emotions which hold us in lower states and liberate ourselves from the chains of material attachment. This process involves consciously cultivating positive emotions—such as love, compassion, gratitude, and joy—that align us with the higher vibrations of the universe.  By embracing these uplifting emotions, we create an environment in which our inner divinity can flourish, allowing us to experience a profound sense of spiritual connection.  Gnosticism & Unity Source Carl Jung spent his life in pursuit of the deeper meaning behind life and how that relates to The Self. Jung was on...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Personality & Characteristics

BETTER THE DEVIL YOU KNOW For us to fully engage with the unity source and to properly use our tools for divination, we first need to understand our make-up, how our personality preferences and expression of self influence our abilities to divine, define which of the five main senses work best for us to use the sixth and be better informed of the pitfalls, trip-ups, know our false ‘god’ trickster and how other archetypes either block/disrupt or enhance our skills of divination. We all need to direct our focus within to understand our true nature for best use of our skills – and there are number of ways we can do this. Know Thyself Everything is ‘mind’. From mind, comes thought, imagination and image. With the Will activated, we have the force at hand. But without focus on a pre-defined goal, we are aimless. Knowing how where make-up brings us powers and weaknesses, helps us to apply energy in the right areas that work best (in our pursuit of success) and/or create stronger defences to ...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Energy Balance

Image
CENTRING ENERGY The energies in our bodies are greatly affected by the movement and positioning of the sun, moon and the planets. The sun is the masculine force, powering 'father' sky with electrons. The Moon is a feminine energy that increases the magnetism of the bodily fluids.  When we earth our energy to ground, the energies are able to stabilise and remain in balance. Looking at the symbols representing the male and female (above), these symbols are also representative of the flow and direction of the clockwise spin masculine, with the circle symbolising the sun over the earth cross feminine. Grounding and centring can be achieved by grounding, involving breathwork and activation of intention through mindfulness practices to bring ourselves down into the root, up to the third eye or middle of our body in the heart centre.   Chakra Energy Spin And The Spine The chakras of the body correspond to nerve ganglia located along the spine. As energy is transferred up and down the...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Eyes & Energise

Image
WINDOWS OF THE SOUL The eyes are our gateway to the higher realms, granting us access to the astral plane. We can connect with the higher planes to receive information and inspiration, through regular practices of inner vision training. A lot can be revealed about an individual by looking into their eyes. Study Of The Iris Looking into the eyes of an owl while it was struggling to free itself, as Ignaz Von Peczely accidentally damaged the owl's leg, he saw a distinct dark blemish forming in the Owl's pupil, a mark he was able to observe fade throughout the owl's recovery. From this experience at 11 years old, Peczely learned how the eyes can be read as an indicator of how well the body is functioning. Learning how to diagnose illness and address weaknesses in the body as a preventative measure against disease, can be achieved through personal study of the iris. With our high definition camera phones, we can now more easily take pictures of our eyes to study the iris. There...

Workshop: Active Meditation – Third Eye Training & Colour Entrainment

VISUALISATION INTEGRATION The mind can create any picture or film we desire by using the imagination. Through practice, we can manifest our visions into ideas and objectives that bring the imagined thoughts into the physical world.  With all creative pursuits, it takes dedicated hard work to fully realise a concept beyond just the initial spark of an idea, to form an objective for its creation and establish a timeframe to work within and reach the desired goal. Visualisation integration is an integral part of the manifestation process that many will attempt without first establishing links between a world where dreams are conceived and a material realm where aspirations are realised. The mind has two hemispheres that work simultaneously, collaboratively and independently. The left side deals with logic, language and judgement. The right side deals with creativity, emotion and perception. Read the following list out loud and focus on the colour not the description. One will notice w...
