Kaballah And The KA

Image
CLIMBING THE TREE Along our life's journey from physical birth through to material death, the cycle of life brings us through periods of challenge, reflection and growth. According to some Eastern traditions, the  wheel of life is eternal . Our progression through multiple lifetimes brings enlightenment for both the unity spirit and for humankind.  The etymology of words often reveals deeper meanings of our collective consciousness – words depicting 'people' or Kin/kind and of BE-ing, to symbolise what it is to Be a part of the whole and for living in the moment through experience. The Tree of Life is an embodiment of the universal mind, the universal spirit and a representation of the path we take along our journey from matter to spiritual. The  Qabalah teachings of Dion Fortune , better explain the significance of each path and each connection between the astral and the physical planes. The energetics of the tree can be seen from above as in the Heavens, de...

THE DOORS TO PERCEPTION Our perceivable reality is determined by focus. Fields of energy are deciphered by our senses. Focus and recognition of these fields, begins at the earliest stages of development. The rattle, the coloured blocks, the soft blanket and familiar faces of toys. With soothing voices, reassuring touches and scent of our mother, come connections to security, warmth and food. The vagus nerve is the longest reaching in the body, called ' the wanderer ' nerve as it interconnects with all the major organs. Toning the vegus nerve, is important for resetting the mind, emotions and activation of the parasympathetic nervous system. There's various ways to  reset the vegus nerve  –  breathing deeply , yoga, meditation and laughing. Accessing the other dimensions can be achieved by 'tuning' to the correct frequency. Some days are words days Some days are sounds Some days are listening Some days are watching Some days are doing Some days are still Some days ...

Energy Containers

LOGOS & SIGILS The  power of symbols and their meaning , can be etched into our psyche and embedded into our DNA code over generations of exposure. This is because shapes, geometry and form, with colour and materials, contain information, that the senses pick up. These signals are deciphered by the central nervous system and their meaning will activate within the body.  Logos  literally translates as 'the word made flesh'.  The group human mind, allows for a collective consciousness, which we can align with through the  Akasha  records. Akasha is a Sanscript word meaning 'sky' or Ether. If we consider that all energy cannot be either created or destroyed, merely transmuted and also take in to consideration the tool in our pocket – a small, powerful computer, capable of accessing the website records, then simply using our built-in antennae, we can connect to all information, all knowledge and the sea of infinite possibilities. Power Of Words

Image
POWER IN WORDS There is power in the words we speak. Notice how a word thought, spoken or written can evoke emotional responses. Utterances of a word will have greater power by the emphasis placed on it – and when it's directed at a person or used as a descriptive term, the power of a word can change. Letters are shapes created to form sounds and some letters have different sounds depending on the placement of the letter. Before we had letters to embody the meaning of sounds, symbols were used. The ancient languages were pictorial - termed as Hieroglyphics, but before those shapes were used, there were even older  runic letters and words  and other seemingly digital scripts such as  Kufic , embodying information much like a QR code can. Architecture can also contain meaning and the symmetries, geometrical shapes and uses of Phi and pi, release different harmonics of sound, for cymatic three-dimensional powerful symbols.  The  coded matrix  of m...

Power Of Emotion

Image
EMOTIONS FOR POWER Emotions can affect mood, hinder performance and poison our minds. Left unchecked, emotions that have negative effects on health, can bring about mental illness and chronic symptoms will manifest as physical malaise. Emotions needn't be a reactive force and needn't have negative effects on the body and mind. We can choose our emotions – and we can choose the emotions in a way that benefits our lives. Words Used For Powering Emotions Words have power. Words are energy containers and they can be used to program the emotions. Saying positive things to ourselves - particularly at the beginning, to set up our purpose of the day and also at the end of our day, to program our subconscious for better sleep. Affirmations Affirmations are repeated phrases, that 'firm up', or cement our mindsets. Over time, the affirmations will bring about positive changes in habitual thinking patterns. For optimum power, repeat the affirmation three times. Positive life and ...

Polarity Of Truth

Image
TRUTH HAS A FREQUENCY Everything has a vibrational frequency. Just as we have sounds on a scale and octaves picked up on the aural sound spectrum, we have colour and black and white in the visual spectrum. So it follows that feelings on the emotional spectrum can also be picked up along a sliding scale, despair felt in the depths of our being, up through our fiery gut, loving heart centre and into the dizzying heights, perceived as joy and elation of the mind. Upbeat and depressive moods can both be sensed and if we allow them, program our day.  Working out how polar opposites like truth and lies, work with force and power, via the male and female principles, – helps us to understand how love and truth bring power, with fear and lies diminishing it. Good and bad are frequencies that we pick up in our moral core, for discernment based on where our integrity lies. We know intuitively via the 'gut brain', that our actions will be perceived as something we should or shouldn't...

Right Verses Wrong And Why It Matters

Image
CHOOSING THE PATH How do we know which is the right path to take in life? How do we make the best life choices and what happens when we make the wrong ones? We can know which is the right path, by trusting in our instincts, feelings and guidance from inner intelligence. The path we take is determined by our actions. If we trust in our feelings, which can be blindly based off desires, the path can be wrought with tension and anguish. However, along that path, we can encounter situations that evoke feelings.  The correct path in life, is for one.to develop our emotional intelligence, for better understanding reactions to experiences, which are expressed and held as feelings. From these experiences, we develop as better human beings, towards the goal of enlightenment. Without our senses, we cannot experience the environment and therefore our awareness and  consciousness can only be enhanced as we develop feelings towards what's being sensed. If taking the path well known, ...

Tools For Reflection

Image
EMPTY REFLECTION We look but we don't see, or we see, but fail to act. The mirror can reflect inconvenient and sometimes painful truths about ourselves. It's taking the time to acknowledge these reflections, then more time to invest conscious efforts in addressing what we see, take action and then learn from our experiences. The greatest tools for reflection are also the simplest to practice. We merely need silence. Allowing only  15-20 minutes for quiet meditation  in the morning and again in the evening, will help us to cut through the chatter of the mind in order to set up and re-evaluate our day. Our minds, much like computers perform, are constantly running 'programmes' which have imprinted information for running the hardware which we identify with as being 'me'. However, contrary to what we believe is our true selves, it turns out not to be the case at all. We have a program running which is like the 'front-end' interface of an app or desktop comp...

Nutrition & Diet

Image
EAT RIGHT FEEL LIGHT The best diets are those that work well for an individual's body. We are all wonderfully unique in tastes and preferences, but there are some key elements to follow when considering the best foods for our body. Our  body type  defines our metabolism. The exercises we perform, can both sustain health, as well as alter genetical body shape. Our focus on which foods to choose or avoid, – those with good fats,  anti-inflammatory  benefits and those for ensuring digestive health, – this knowledge will greatly improve chances of staying healthy, increasing fitness levels as well as for optimising performance with defining muscle type, tone and size. Diets For Body Type Paleo  (AKA  caveman ) diet and high-fat  Keto  diet (or similarly  Atkins ), have brought many people positive results when maintaining body weight, in reducing body fat, when recovering from allergies, ailments, chronic diseases and for experiencing...

Movement For Vitality

THE BIO-ELECTRICAL HUMAN Our bodies are made up of  billions of cells , including symbiotic microorganisms which all communicate to create a harmonious balance in the body. The energy we need to sustain the body, exists all around us. Food calories from fat, carbohydrates and proteins as well as minerals, nutrients and vitamins are assimilated from our food. However, as some  scientists are realising , there are other forms of energy, which nurture the body, that modern science has not yet been able to explain fully. Frequencies in the form of light, sound and electromagnetic electricity are abundantly found in water and air – two of our precious sources of life-sustaining elements we need for survival. We are 75% water and breathe around 20,000 times in a day, so we're already absorbing and transmuting these key elements into bio-electrical energy, which is key for energising the mind, body and soul. It's widely accepted that we receive all energy from calories co...
