AURA PROTECTION To understand the methods used for aura protection we first need to understand how the aura works and how the methods of protection work within the rules of electromagnetism. Everything is frequency and movement. Sound and vibration are the two principles we can hear and feel. Our hearing range is between 20Hz and 20,000Hz. Anything outside of those ranges tends to be perceived in other ways, either as heat & pressure or light, colours or smells and also experienced as emotions. When we apply our creative imagination for visualisation and focus with intention on a desired outcome or goal, the resonant frequencies bring us into that field. A desire for protection, with a focus on a geometric form we know to have perfect symmetry and an energetic 'hygiene', is a metaphorical way to embody that field of energy. What is a Merkaba?
