BUILDING A MINDSET Mindset is key – as our thinking defines our lives. We have a choice to be happy, to be successful, to be in control of our bodies, what we put in them and how we direct our energies. Our decisions and actions, spring forward from our mind state. Our hormones and health are all dependent on how we think. Negative thoughts will attract negative outcomes. Good thoughts will attract positive ones.
